Wash your hands before starting.
Take out 350 grams of minced pork and place it in a bowl.
Crush sea salt to a finer grain if necessary and add a good pinch to the pork.
Add about 1 tablespoon of white pepper to the pork.
Mix the pork, salt, and pepper together thoroughly using your hands.
Crack one egg into the mixture and mix it in.
Add about 2 tablespoons of flour to the mixture and mix it in.
Pour in about 1/2 cup of milk and mix until combined, adjusting flour as needed based on the meat's texture.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add about 2 tablespoons of butter to melt.
Using two spoons, scoop the mixture and drop it into the pan, flattening it slightly as you go.
Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
