Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

Gradually whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cream and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve meatballs with sauce drizzled over them, garnished with parsley.
