1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon amchur (dried mango powder)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 cups boiled potatoes
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chilies
1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup fresh coriander

Take curd in a bowl and add amchur, salt, and red chili powder.

Add boiled potatoes cut into pieces.

Add long sliced onions.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Heat a pan on the gas and add mustard oil.

When the cumin seeds start to crackle, add green chili according to taste.
