Preheat the oven to 180-190°C (356-374°F) for at least 15 minutes.
Break down the almidón de yuca with a rolling pin to make it as uniform as possible.
Form a circle with the almidón de yuca and add the queso, fécula de maíz, and sugar, making a well for the egg.
Mix from the inside out until well combined, gradually adding the milk by the spoonful.
Check the dough by forming a ball; if it cracks, add more milk and knead again until smooth without cracks.
Weigh the dough balls to 160 grams each and make typical markings with a fork on top.
Place the dough balls on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, checking to avoid drying them out.
