Sweet potatoes provide a similar texture and flavor.
Start by putting water in a clay pot and place it on fire to heat.
Wash fresh beans and transfer them into the hot water in the clay pot.
Peel the green bananas and prepare them for cooking.
Crush bicarbonate of soda to reduce surface area for easier distribution.
Add bicarbonate of soda to the beans once they are slightly tender.
Add bitter berries to the beans.
Once the beans are tender, add the peeled green bananas to the pot.
Add a little more water to cover the ingredients and prevent losing soup.
Season with salt and add chopped tomatoes and onions.
Add green pepper if desired, and mix everything well.
Cook on low heat, ensuring even distribution of water to prevent sticking.
Once everything is cooked, remove the vegetables and set them aside.
Add ghee to the pot for flavor and mix well before serving.
