Cut the slider buns in half lengthwise without pulling them apart and remove the tops.
Place the bottom halves in a square baking dish and set the tops aside.
Crack 10 eggs into a large bowl and whisk them together with milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt 1 tablespoon of vegan butter or olive oil in a medium to large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are just barely cooked, about 5 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the heat; they will continue cooking in the oven.
Place 4 slices of cheese on the bottom buns in the baking dish.
Fold each quarter piece of ham on top of each bun to make it easy to pull the sliders apart after baking.
Top the ham with the scrambled eggs, spreading them evenly across the sliders.
Finish with one more layer of cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
Whisk together melted butter, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and everything bagel seasoning, then spread it generously on top of the buns.
Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted, checking around 10 minutes and covering with foil if they look too brown.
The sliders are done when the tops are golden brown and the cheese is oozing out the sides.
