1.5 cups sugar
2 cups water

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the semolina to double in size.

Prepare a baking tray by rubbing it with butter.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking tray using a spatula.

Preheat the oven to medium heat.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

In a separate pot, combine 1.5 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the pot.
