Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread cream cheese filling evenly over the dough, leaving edges clear.
Add fruit filling on top of the cream cheese.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a log shape and pinch ends to seal.
Place the log on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into a pretzel or oval.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Cool slightly, then drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
