Slice the medjool dates in half and remove the pits, placing them on a plate.

On a cutting board, place parchment paper and arrange the dates cut side down, overlapping slightly.

Press the dates down using the back of a katori (or a glass) to level them.

Drizzle 4 tablespoons of peanut butter over the pressed dates.

In a small bowl, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of roasted and salted peanuts.

Melt 125 grams of dark chocolate over hot boiling water, then add 1 teaspoon of wood pressed coconut oil and mix well.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates and peanuts, spreading it evenly to the sides.

Sprinkle additional roasted and salted peanuts on top of the chocolate.

Place the date bark in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

After 30 minutes, peel the date bark off the parchment paper and slice into squares or desired shapes.
