In a bowl, combine room temperature water, yeast, and sugar; mix to combine and let rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add milk and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
Gradually add bread flour in batches and salt, mixing to form a shaggy dough; add a little cinnamon powder.
Transfer the dough to a work table and knead until soft and elastic, about 2 minutes; if sticky, add a couple tablespoons of flour after 2 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball and cover it; let it rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the dough into two equal pieces using a kitchen scale for measurement.
Flour the work surface and stretch one piece of dough to the size of the bread pan; if sticky, dab hands with flour.
Fold and tuck the dough, pinching it together at the end, then transfer to a greased bread pan.
Repeat the shaping process with the second piece of dough and place it in a greased bread pan.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it proof for 40 minutes to 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven and spray water on the dough for better rise before baking.
Bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and take the bread out of the pan immediately to prevent sweating; allow to cool before slicing.
