1 lb rump fillet steak
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 herb brush
to taste chimichurri sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander
1/4 cup parsley
1 tablespoon vinegar

Take the steaks out of the refrigerator at least 60 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.

Melt unsalted butter in a pan.

Season one side of the steaks with sea salt.

Flip the steaks and season the other side with sea salt.

Place the steaks on a hot grill for one minute to sear.

Flip the steaks after one minute and cook for another minute.

Seal the sides of the steaks by cooking them for a minute each side.

Dip the herb brush into the melted butter and splash it onto the steaks.

Flip the steaks and splash them again with the herb brush for another minute.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 4 to 5 minutes, adding black pepper during the resting period.
