1/4 big onion - chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup corn kernels
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
salt and pepper as needed
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups water
2 tablespoons lime juice or as needed
