Finely chop the garlic & ginger.

Cut the asparagus into about 2cm in lengths.

Break the eggs into a bowl & beat well.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil until smoking hot.

Add the eggs & stir-fry for 2 minutes until set, then remove.

Add the egg back into the wok, add the white wine vinegar, stir fry for a minute.
