Dark & Stormy Cocktail - Thirsty Thursday w/ Kim de LaCrème & Madame Cookie E01

Take a tall cocktail glass and fill it with ice cubes.

Quarter the limes and squeeze the juice into the glass, adding the squeezed limes into the glass as well.

Pour ginger beer into the glass, leaving some room at the top.

Measure out a shot of dark rum using a measuring cup.

Pour the dark rum over the back of a cocktail spoon to layer it on top of the ginger beer without mixing.

If the layering doesn't work, add another shot of dark rum to enhance the effect.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the edge of the glass.
