4 cloves Garlic
20g Celery stick
80g Carrots
100g Red Onion
155g Beans Sprouts
460g Cabbage
handful of fresh chop Cilantro
handful of fresh chop Basil
150g Shrimp
1/2 teaspoon table Salt
1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoons dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried Basil
1 teaspoon Sugar

Mix all the spices. Sprinkle half of the spices to the shrimp and mix to combine.

Add oil to a heated pan. Cook the shrimp until no longer translucent. Remove from the pan.

Using the same pan, add the red onion and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute. Add the carrots, beans sprouts, and cabbage and cook until the vegetables are cooked to your liking. Turn off the heat. Add cilantro, basil, celery stick, and cooked shrimp. Mix to distribute.

Serve. Serve with steamed rice or you can mix this with noodles.
