Make a hole in the center of the cassava starch in a large bowl.
Add 3 eggs into the hole.
Add 25 g of anise seeds into the bowl.
Pour in 100 ml of sunflower oil.
Stir the mixture to combine the eggs, oil, and anise seeds.
Add 7-8 g of salt to the mixture.
Add 220 g of Paraguay cheese into the bowl.
Gradually add 240 ml of milk, mixing until the dough is formed.
Knead the dough lightly with cassava starch to prevent sticking.
Shape the dough into small rolls and make cuts with a knife to form chipa.
Place the shaped chipa in a well-buttered baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
