Whole wheat flour adds fiber and nutrients.
In a mixing bowl, add 240 g of softened butter.
Add 230 g of sugar to the butter and beat until fluffy.
Crack 4 eggs and mix them together before adding them slowly to the butter and sugar mixture while beating continuously.
Once the mixture is fluffy, add 240 g of flour and mix.
Add 3 teaspoons of baking powder and mix until combined.
Divide the batter into three equal parts, weighing approximately 300 g each.
For the orange flavor, add the zest of 1.5 oranges and 100 ml of orange juice to one part of the batter, mixing well.
For the raisin flavor, add 90 g of raisins coated in a tablespoon of flour and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the second part of the batter, mixing well.
For the matcha flavor, mix 8-10 g of matcha tea with 60-70 ml of milk, then add to the third part of the batter along with an extra tablespoon of flour, mixing until combined.
Grease your baking molds and fill them with the respective batters, leaving space between them.
Top the orange budín with extra orange zest, the raisin budín with extra raisins, and the matcha budín with chocolate pieces if desired.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake for 30-40 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
Let the budines cool before serving.
