- ●vegetables for roasting
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- 2Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels.
- 3Rub olive oil all over the chicken, ensuring even coverage.
- 4In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- 5Season the chicken generously with the spice mixture, pressing it into the skin.
- 6Stuff the cavity of the chicken with lemon and fresh parsley.
- 7Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
- 8Cook for 30 minutes, then carefully flip the chicken to breast-side up.
- 9Continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 10Baste the chicken with melted butter halfway through the cooking time.
- 11Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- 12Carve the chicken and serve with roasted vegetables.
- 13Drizzle with chicken broth for added moisture if desired.
- 14Garnish with additional fresh parsley before serving.

Cook rice (Instant Pot: 1 cup rice with 1 1/4 cup water. Cook on high for 7 minutes. Let it slow release for at least 10 minutes).
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Place in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce and onions. Stir to combine and coat everything.
Place chicken and onions in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380F/193C for 8-10 minutes.
Let the chicken rest in foil.
Cook frozen broccoli at 350F/175C for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Place chicken in silicone air fryer basket.
Make sauce: Whisk to combine mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, and a dash of salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken thighs. Place in air fryer basket. Cook at 400F/204C for 15 minutes. Flip chicken at halfway point.
Remove chicken from silicone pot and cover with foil.
Pour leftover juices into a bowl. Mix together 1 TBSP cornstarch with 1 TBSP cold water. Add cornstarch mixture to leftover juices. Heat in microwave or stovetop. Place thickened sauce on top of chicken and enjoy.
Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and ground mustard in bowl.
Pound the chicken to even thickness.
Place sauce mixture in shallow dish. Place broken French fried onions on plate. Cover chicken in sauce mixture. Cover chicken with onions. Place in air fryer basket. Cook at 380F/193C for 12-15 minutes.
