2 yolks

4 cups coconut

Add 2 yolks to a bowl and mix with a little evaporated milk until dissolved.

Add the rest of the evaporated milk and set aside.

In a thick-bottomed pan, add 1 cup of hot water and 4 cups of coconut.

Hydrate the coconut in the water for 1-2 minutes until softened.

Once the water evaporates, add sugar and mix.

Add the yolk mixture and mix continuously to prevent sticking.

Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and you can see the bottom of the pan when stirred.

Once thickened, turn off the heat and serve the mixture using two spoons into glasses.

Decorate with a walnut heart and optionally add a mint leaf.
