Frozen corn is often more affordable and has a longer shelf life.
Husk the corn and cut each ear into small pieces using a sharp knife.
Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Once the water is boiling, add all the corn pieces and boil on full flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
After boiling, remove the corn pieces from the water and let them cool for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan on full flame.
Once the oil is hot, add the corn pieces and fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes until they are crispy and golden.
Remove the fried corn from the oil and repeat the frying process with the remaining corn pieces.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, and some red chili powder.
Add the fried corn to the spice mixture and mix well to coat the corn evenly.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon cheesy sauce, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon schezwan chutney in a bowl.
Brush the sauce onto all the corn pieces.
