Stir in the chopped pommecythere and mix well with the onion mixture.
Add the hot pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, and salt, stirring to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the coriander, mustard seeds, cloves, turmeric, and black pepper, mixing well.
Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before blending until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
