Corn on the Cob

1 liter water
sweet corn (cut into 2 or 3 pieces)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon (juice)

Cut the sweet corn into 2 or 3 pieces if needed.

Add 1 liter of water to a pot and turn on the gas flame.

Wait for the water to come to a boil.

Once boiling, add the cut sweet corn and let it soak for 5 minutes.

Remove the corn from the water and grill it until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Add the juice of 1/2 lemon to the mixture and mix well.

Dip the grilled corn into the sauce before serving.
