Corn on the Cob

4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Start with fresh corn, you can fit about one to six or eight pieces in your six quart instant pot.

Add the trivet into the bottom of the pot along with 1 cup of water.

Add the corn on top of the trivet.

Lock on the lid and set the time to 3 minutes at high pressure.

When the cooking time is complete, use the quick release.

Carefully remove the lid and use tongs or a spatula to remove the corn.

Serve the corn hot right out of the pot with your favorite toppings or plain.
