Delicious Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Prepare the Instant Pot by adding 1 cup of hot water.

Shuck the corn and cut off the ends to square them up.

Cut the corn in half if desired for better fit.

Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the Instant Pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the Instant Pot.

Place the corn upright in the Instant Pot, fitting as many as possible.

Seal the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to seal.

Set the Instant Pot to cook for 5 minutes.

Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure, covering the vent with a cloth to prevent splatter.

Carefully remove the corn from the Instant Pot and serve.
