Corn on the Cob

4 ears fresh corn on the cob
2 tablespoons organic honey
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp no salt product (sodium free)

Shuck the corn by grabbing the husk and silk from the top and pulling down in one swipe to remove most of the silk.

Repeat the shucking process for the other side of the corn until clean.

Cut the corn in half using a meat cleaver.

Add the corn to a pot and fill it with milk instead of water.

Drizzle honey over each piece of corn in the pot.

Cover the pot with a lid after adding some butter.

Once the pot comes to a boil, reduce the heat.

Melt butter in a bowl and stir in honey to make honey butter.

Drizzle the honey butter over the cooked corn to cover each kernel.

Add more honey on top of the corn for extra sweetness.
