Boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes.
When finished, drain the hot water and put cool water on top to cool the eggs down.
Peel off the shell of each egg.
Slice each egg into 4 equal pieces.
Slice the tomato, garlic, green onion, and onion.
Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan on high.
Cook the onion until translucent and soft.
Add the garlic next and cook until brown, then add tomatoes and cook until soft within the mixture.
Lastly, add spinach and mix everything together until blended.
Add the boiled eggs with turmeric and a sprinkle of salt and stir gently together. Don’t break apart the eggs.
Add the soy sauce now and stir gently together until everything is mixed.
