Chocolate-Toffee Matzo

6 sheets matzah
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
chocolate chips
salt
chili flakes
candied orange peel
freeze-dried raspberries
toasted pistachios

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan.

Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until combined.

Pour the toffee mixture evenly over 6 sheets of matzah and spread it out with an offset spatula.

Bake the matzah toffee in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the toffee is bubbly and starting to set.

Remove the matzah toffee from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top immediately.

Let the chocolate chips sit for 1 to 2 minutes until they start to melt, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.

Optionally, sprinkle salt, chili flakes, candied orange peel, freeze-dried raspberries, and toasted pistachios on top of the melted chocolate.

Place the trays in the fridge to chill until the chocolate is set.

Once chilled, cut the matzah toffee into pieces and serve.
