3 Cloves Garlic
30g Coriander
1 Large Onion
100g Lettuce
1 Tsp Ground Sichuan Pepper
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste

Finely chop the garlic and ginger

Cut the onion into small cubes
