1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons dry savoury
4 cloves garlic
1 cup dry lentils
a few drops of olive oil

Wash the lentils two or three times until the water is clean and then drain the water out.

Transfer the lentils into a pot.

Add 3 cups of water and all the ingredients to the pot.

Chop the garlic cloves and add them to the pot.

Stir the mixture well.

Add a few drops of olive oil.

Close the lid and bring it to a boil.

Turn the burner down to low and let the lentils simmer covered for another 30 minutes.
