12 ginkgo nuts
2 tablespoons barley
2 tablespoons green bean
2 tablespoons red bean
2 tablespoons dried goji berries
1/3 bowl peanuts
14 dried lotus seeds
14 red dates

In the pot with peanuts and red beans, add the green beans and continue to boil until all beans and peanuts are slightly soft.

Pour all lotus seeds, red dates, barley, and ginkgo nuts into the boiling pot of rice.
