Rinse and drain 135 grams of quinoa.
Add water, chia seeds, baking powder, and vinegar to the quinoa.
Whisk the mixture for about three minutes until it reaches a thick and gooey consistency.
Spray the surface of wax paper with oil to prevent sticking.
Use a spoon or cake spatula to spread the mixture evenly on the wax paper.
Bake in the oven until one side cooks, then remove and flip it over.
Bake for another 5 to 8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Slice the cracker base into pieces and lay them flat.
Spray the pieces with a little oil and season with garlic salt and rosemary.
Return the seasoned crackers to the oven until cooked, removing the ones that are done first to prevent burning.
