2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
650g Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp dried Parsley
2 Eggs
2 tbsp unsalted Butter (room temperature)
3-4 tbsp fresh Coriander (chopped)
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Flour
Egg whites
