1 tablespoon paprika
3 cloves garlic
2 dried chilies
1.5 cups short-grain rice
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon saffron
4 cups chicken stock
1 lb chicken thighs
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 lb squid
1 lb clams
1 lb jumbo prawns

Heat a paella pan on high temperature.

Add diced chorizo and diced pancetta to the pan.
