1 cup vegetable stock
1 medium onion
2 green onions
1 cup peas
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon saffron
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 cups short-grain rice
1 lb chicken
6 oz chorizo
1 lb shrimp

Add olive oil to a pan and let it heat up.

Add chorizo and onion to the pan and cook them together.

Chop up scallions and red bell pepper while the chorizo and onion are cooking.
