Cut the chicken, chorizo, tomato, and onion into small bits.

Preheat a deep frying pan and add a splash of olive oil.

Add the onion, tomato, chorizo, and chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Boil 1.25 liters of water in a separate pot.

Add garlic and about a teaspoon of paprika to the pan.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the arborio rice to the pan and mix it around to absorb the juices.

Add most of the boiling water to the pan, reserving some in case you need to add more later.

Add the stock cubes and a bit of saffron powder to the pan and mix well.

Turn the heat down to let it simmer and check back in 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, check the pan; if it's running dry, add a little more water.

Add the prawns to the pan, covering it with a pizza tray, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, check the paella; it should be done.
