In a large bowl, combine almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat until it becomes liquid.

Stir in cinnamon and salt into the honey until well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the nut and seed mixture.

Toss until all nuts and seeds are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, break apart any clusters and store in an airtight container.
