thick spaghetti or rotini or catini or bow tie pasta
6 shrimp
1.5 to 2 cups roasted vegetables (brussels sprouts, potatoes, red onion, baby carrots, mushrooms)
1 block seasoned tofu
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
minced garlic
fresh ginger
lemon

Start by boiling the pasta in water for 7 minutes.

Remove the pasta and then boil the shrimp for 6 minutes with cut up lemons.

Roast vegetables (brussels sprouts, potatoes, red onion, baby carrots, mushrooms) on a baking sheet with garlic.

Add 1.5 to 2 cups of roasted veggies to the pasta.

In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shrimp, roasted veggies, and tofu.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce to the mixture.
