1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cassareep
2 tablespoons thyme
1 habanero pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cups hot water
1 orange peel
