Wash and clean the beef and cow foot.
Prepare the green seasoning with onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, and other ingredients.
Season the beef with green seasoning, black pepper, Maggi cubes, complete seasoning, and seasoning salt. Mix well and set aside.

Pressure cook the cow foot with the green seasoning, spices, and thyme for 2 to 3 hours until tender.
Brown the beef in a pan for about 15 minutes until it releases juices, then set aside.
After about an hour of pressure cooking, check the cow foot and scoop off any oil that settles at the top.
Discard the bones from the cow foot and cover the pot, allowing the meat to become tender for an additional 30 minutes.
Once the meat is tender, add the browned beef, orange peel, more caribbean seasoning, and a little sugar to balance the flavors. Cover and let it cook for about an hour.
Transfer everything to the stove, add more thyme, and remove the hot pepper to avoid spiciness. Let simmer for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
