1 tbsp bouillon
1 tbsp meat seasoning

1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp orange zest

hot water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp clove
1 tbsp all spice berries/Pimento
small piece of orange peel
hot pepper of your choice
2 tbsp mushroom seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar
