Melt 1 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup chunky peanut butter, and 2 cups icing sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat until fully melted.
Crush digestive biscuits in a breathable plastic bag until they resemble white sand.
Pour crushed biscuits into a bowl and add the melted peanut butter mixture; stir until well combined into a wet sand-like texture.
Press the mixture tightly into a 9.5 inch square pan using a spatula and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of butter using a double boiler until smooth.
Place 3 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter over hot water to make it runnier.
Remove the chilled crust from the fridge and pour the melted chocolate sauce over it, smoothing it out to the corners.
Cut a tiny dip in the corner of a plastic bag filled with peanut butter and drizzle it over the chocolate layer in a circular motion.
Use a toothpick to draw eight lines outwards from the center and then draw another eight lines from the outside into the center for a flower pattern.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours until set.
Remove from the fridge and lift out using aluminum foil.
Cut into small bite-sized squares with a hot knife.
