400 g ground pork
1 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Tian Mian Jiang
60 g red miso
60 ml water
40 g sugar
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 chicken bone
1200 ml water
some cabbage core
some green part white leek
