1

Cut cucumber in half, then into quarters, and then into small cubes about the size of a pinky fingertip.

2

Cut ground pork into small cubes about 0.5 cm thick, similar size to cucumber cubes.

3

In a skillet, heat 100g of vegetable oil over low heat.

4

Add 3.5 tablespoons of fermented soybean paste and stir continuously for about 3 minutes to prevent burning.

5

After the paste is fragrant, add the ground pork and stir gently to coat the meat with the sauce while cooking it evenly for about 6 minutes.

6

Add the diced cucumber to the pan without mixing it with the meat and sauce, and let it fry in the oil for 1 minute to prevent it from releasing water.

7

After 1 minute, mix the cucumber with the meat and sauce and fry together for another 30 seconds.

8

Prepare the noodles using a Philips automatic noodle machine with 700g of wheat flour and 180ml of water, adding 5g of salt and 2g of baking soda for better texture.

9

Start the machine and slowly pour the water into the flour.

10

Cook the noodles in boiling water with a little salt for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently to prevent sticking, adding a bit of cold water if needed.

11

After 4 minutes, drain the noodles and serve them topped with the sauce and a drizzle of oil.
