In a bowl, add 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
Add 2 tablespoons of wheat bran and 1 tablespoon each of sesame seeds and raw pumpkin seeds.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt and a little black pepper.
Pour in 0.5 cup of water and 0.25 cup of avocado oil.
Mix the ingredients and knead with clean hands until a non-sticky ball forms.
Divide the dough in two and roll it out on a silicone mat or parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
Score the rolled dough with a pizza cutter without cutting all the way through.
Sprinkle some salt on top of the scored dough.
Repeat the process with the second half of the dough on another tray.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges start to brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on racks before storing.
