soy sauce

In a bowl, mix rice with soy sauce and miso until well combined.
Form rice into triangular or oval shapes, pressing firmly to hold together.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat until hot.
Place rice balls on the grill and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Brush lightly with additional soy sauce while grilling for flavor.
Remove from grill and let cool for a minute.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
