1 whole head fresh garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 tablespoon herbs (thyme, basil, rosemary)

Using a utility knife with a serrated edge, cut the top off the garlic to expose the cloves.

Place the garlic in a foil pouch.
