Welcome to the cocktail cards channel, today we're making the Martinez cocktail.

Start by adding 1.5 ounces of gin to your mixing glass.

Next, add 1.5 ounces of sweet vermouth.

Add 2 dashes of orange bitters to the mixture.

Then, add 1 bar spoon of maraschino liqueur.

Grab some ice and fill the mixing glass, then stir for about 30 seconds.

Once the outside of the glass is nice and chilled, it's time to serve.

Use a coupe or martini glass for serving, and strain the drink into the glass.

Grab a lemon and garnish the drink with a lemon peel, squeezing out the essential oils over the drink.

Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass.
