Tunisian Pasta

1 lb chicken
1 teaspoon dried red pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 bay leaves
4 cups water
1/4 cup coriander
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 green pepper
8 oz pasta

In a pot, add oil and tomato paste.

Add chicken, dried red pepper, paprika, turmeric, salt, and garlic paste.

Add bay leaves and a cup of hot water.

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, gradually adding around 1 liter of water.

Mix in coriander, garlic, and rosemary into the sauce.
