Whole wheat flour offers more nutrients and fiber.

Instant yeast is often more convenient and has a longer shelf life.
Add 200 grams of flour to a mixing bowl.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of yeast to the flour.
Mix the yeast with the flour.
Add 0.5 teaspoons of salt to the mixture.
Mix everything well until it forms a soft dough.
Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Once risen, divide the dough into three equal parts.
Shape each part into long rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover the rolls and let them rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, score the tops of the rolls with a sharp knife.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Bake the rolls in the oven for 20 minutes.
Check the rolls; they should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
