1

Whisk together 3.5 cups of all-purpose flour and 1.5 teaspoons of salt.

2

Add 1.5 cups of lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon of active dried yeast, then mix until a dough forms.

3

Knead the dough for a few minutes until all flour is absorbed and the dough is formed.

4

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for about 12 hours until doubled in volume.

5

Lightly flour a work surface and dump the dough out.

6

Cut the dough into three equal portions and roll each into a 14-inch long rope.

7

Sprinkle semolina flour on one side of the ropes, then place them on a baguette pan.

8

Cover the dough loosely with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise until puffy, about 30 to 45 minutes.

9

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.

10

Once risen, cut 3-4 slits on top of the dough and brush generously with water.

11

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
